Sales Development Facilitation

KONE corporation was developing their Sales management globally in 2006-2007. As part of their internal facilitator team I facilitated the KONE Way of Sales management to sales manager and teams in Finland.

It was exciting facilitating thinking with sales professionals, they are a special sort of extrovert and strong people. My facilitation was well received and the new KONE Way of Sales management was introduced to the pros.
