Culture transformation

Scandinavian & Baltic company were in the midst of a culture development initiative when their project responsible accepted a new job at another company. I took over the project until a new hire came in. Planning the culture workshops for the employee level (1300 empl.), facilitating the workshops for 400 people in Finnish, English and Swedish within 2 months was a stretch but so much fun. We also ran train the trainer sessions for Norway and the Baltic countries.
